Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to MxNext
2. Switch store to 00442 - College Mall
3. Click Workflow icon
4. Navigate to Wed, May 3, 2023
5. Click Paid In/Out

Expected Result
Actions (pencil and trash can icons) should be inactive unless the record is highlighted for missing information. Records that are missing information should ONLY have the edit icon enabled

Actual Result
All records on a finalized day have active action items
