Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to MxNext
2. Switch store to 00442 - College Mall
3. Click Workflow icon
4. Move to Business Day Fri, May 12, 2023 or any date with Workflow not ready to start.
5. Navigate to Opening Change Fund from the Workflow
6. Navigate to Changeover Change Fund from the Workflow
7. Navigate to Change Fund Received from the Workflow
8. Navigate to Change Fund Deposited from the Workflow
9. Navigate to Closing Change Fund from the Workflow

Expected Result
The Banner "Closing Change Fund for previous business day has not been completed." should be the only item displayed on the page

Actual Result
Banner is displaying along with the rest of the page
