MXNext - Work Flow Receive Transfers not loading - requires login again. 401 error

Scenario - we are noticing that some pages are failing to load now due to random API issues. In this case, the user walks through the WF and on the Receive Transfers page, the console logs an error. 

Steps

1- Login to JAT as yourself

2. Change the store to 01919 

3. Click through the work flow completing each section up to Receive Transfers 

Defect- when the user completes Dispatch and clicks on Receive Transfers the following is observed
