MXNext- Work Flow issue - MXNext WF has not started while MXC WF is all blue

Scenario- when the user has stepped through the WF as matt.listi in testing and completed the finalize Day option the WF should auto refresh to the next business day if that tbMXDay record exists and is not ephemeral (daytype -2 ).

Steps - 

Login to MXNext as  matt.list/123456

User lands on Mar 1 and work flow is completed

Login to MXC as matt.listi/123456 

User lands on WF that is completely blue as expected with one exception MXC is not taking into account we have removed Transfers logic from Signal Stores, 

Defect - WF is not autocompleting and advancing the WF to the next day as expected.

NOTE: I know these are different days but once MXC is opened and the WF advances, reloading the MxNext page appears correctly.
