Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to MxNext
2. Navigate to store CFAMX-25046
3. Navigate to Create/Receive Order > Create
4. Click Add Order
5. Under Distributor, select CHICK-FIL-A-SUPPLY
6. Enter a Delivery Date
7. Enter a Cover Until Date
8. Click on the Bag Salad Kit item
9. When Item is highlighted, click Item Details

Expected Result
For Review Item line should have a checkbox

Actual Result
For Review line is missing the checkbox
