      Description

      Story

      As an admin, I would like have the new requirements implemented when partially receiving transfers by calling Signal API. 

       

      Description 

      #4 Partial Receive Updates:

      Task1:If the Item is partially received then include “status”:  “PARTIALLY_RECEIVED” field for that item

      Task2:If the Item is fully received then include “status”:  “RECEIVED” field for that item

      Task3:If the Item is fully denied then include “status”:  “DENIED” field for that item

      Task4: This is for all the statuses PARTIALLY_RECEIVED, DENIED, and RECEIVED ( Make sure the 3 unit quantities are always sent even though they are 0s for every section

      Task 5: Add crossContaminationCheck and temperatureCheck fields should be assigned to true as default“crossContaminationCheck”: true, // required  “temperatureCheck”: true      // required

      Task 6 : Replace "updatedBy" with "cfaGuid" //the user id that updated the transfer: “danny.han” should be acceptable. 

      Task 7: Add denial code to each item if the item is partial received and also fully denied as :       “denialCode”: “DID_NOT_NEED”,
