Store Order Guide - Migrate MMS page to MxC

      Description

      In the transition from MMS to MxC as well as moving the Order Guide Item Assignments capability to InFORM, we'd like to also move the Maintain Order Guide Screen to MxC.

      This may not have to be released at the same time we move Order Guide to InFORM, but in the case that it does we'd like to have the feature request in.

      While moving this page, an additional requirement is to have the Distributor selected based on the Entity so that the user does not have to select the distributor. (See INF-11767)
