Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to MxNext as pseudo_locale
2. Navigate to store 00442 - College Mall
3. Click Workflow icon
4. Navigate to May 18th 2023
5. Click Opening Change Fund (Apertura de fondo de camobio)

Expected Result
When a task has been authorized (Change Fund pages, Deposits, Finalize Day), the authorized by field should be localized

Actual Result
Authorized By field is not localized
