Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to MxNext as pseudo_locale
2. Navigate to store 00663 - Pelham Road FSU
3. Click Workflow icon
4. Navigate to jue., 5 jul. 2023
5. Click Finalize Day (Finalizar día )

Expected Result
First letter in month is capitalized but should be lower case. AM/PM should also be lowercase

Actual Result
Date and Time localization doesn't match the standard exactly
