Steps to Reproduce:
1. Login to MxNext as pseudo_locale
2. Switch to store 01580 - Founders Parkway FSU
3. Navigate to Business Day 05/01/2023
4. Click Workflow icon
5. Click Cashier Settlements (Liquidación del cajero )
6. Click the dropdown and select a Cashier

Expected Result
Selected Cashier should display the correct localized date/time

Actual Result
Date and Time is still localized to US Date/Time standard
