MxConnect - Change Fund denomination table must not allow for amount greater than Max of 99,99

When entering amounts in the Change Fund denomination table it must not allow for amount greater than Max of 99,999

Steps to Reproduce:

1. Login to MxConnect
2. Click on the workflow icon
3. Click on any of the Change Fund pages (Opening, Closing, Changeover)
4. Clicked the Plus icon from the "Cashier Tills" text row to open the Denomination Table 
5. Enter Dollar amounts in the denomination table to check the max amount allowed of 99,999.

Expected Result

The max total for Denomination table and cshier tills total is 99,999

Result

Denomination fields and cashier amount are flagged for a max of 99,999, BUT amount are still totalled > 99,999 and totalled in cashier tills.  No warning displayed.
