Description

In ~~CFAMX-2419~~ research on the DLPS process revealed a potential optimization. This needs to be pushed to Trunk (R2) to ensure accuracy of DLPS and then pushed to R1 and Load Tested on Sandbox (after R1 is pushed to Prod).

In terms of porting back to R1, we may not need to do this, based on the timelines shared by CFA, getting this into R2 may be sufficient, assuming that the importing of the Summary Forecast data provides the increase in processing time that Will hopes for

Acceptance Criteria

Load Test Results documented for the current version and the new and improved version
A Full regression test of DLPS is required once this change has been implemented
