      Install latest version of R1 to Sandbox.  Set up Vendor Rule Import folders, apply mappings to SBX database, configure global configuration, user permission, assign national vendors, process test rule.  Process latest I-4 import with new vendor codes into SBX. Run Kelsey's file.
