Build To Column Showing up twice for Suggested Store

When viewing Item Maintenance for a store configured as a Suggested Order store:

• Show Suggested Details = True
• Display Build To Column on Item Maintenance and Ordering = True

When viewing the Default View
Actual:

• 
  Expected
• Build To is only shown in the Right Hand Panel
• Build To should be included in the CSV, as the last column

Note: For Usage stores the Build To should be displayed as the column, not in the RH Panel
Usage = Show Suggested Details = False

Inventory View
