INF-10076 - CANADA - Allow country-specific lists of Paid In/Out categories to be displayed and sent to POS - INF-10076

As a user of InFORM at a Canadian location, I should see a Canada-specific list of Paid In/Out categories both on the Paid In/Out page and in what is sent to POS.

As a user of InFORM at a U.S. location, I should see a US-specific list of Paid In/Out categories still both on the Paid in/out page, as well as what is sent to the POS.

As part of this feature, build in support for country-specific displays of categories. The management of these lists can still be done via scripts, as they are fairly static and don't warrant their own UI to add/remove/update categories.

1. Need some way to identify the Country for a Paid In/Out
2. Enhance POS download to only send US to US stores and CA to CA stores
3. Enhance the Paid In/Out Page to only show US to US stores and CA to CA stores
