As a store manager I want to be able to select an option that allows me to create a Sales Item Event

- This story deals with:
- Adding the configuration option
- Displaying the radio buttons
- Changing the green button
- Displaying the Add Day Part button
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that there is new configuration option:
- Mobile > Events > Allow access to Manage Sales Item Events
text: Enables\disables the ability to create Sales item events in the Manage Events page
- Confirm that the default setting is Off
- Confirm that when set to true the following happens:
- Create Events: Event Type becomes a Radio button:
- Create Adjustments Manually (default selection)
- Create Adjustments Manually - For Specific Items
- Create Events: Event Type becomes a Radio button:
- Confirm that when the new option, Create Adjustments Manually - For Specific Items, is selected, the following happens:
- The Enter Adjustments button changes to a Save Event Button
- Note: the button remains disabled at this point
- The Day Part(s) field is displayed, along with the button to add
- This button does nothing at this time
