EOM > Mark Month End New Page and Empty Grid

Story
As a store manager, I want to have access to a new Mark Month End page so I can check the status and perform actions on critical EOM processes.

Notes

New configuration setting - to enable piloting of this page by store
New Security Setting - to restrict access to the page at the store level
Add new page
Display the Month on the new page

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that there is a new Configuration Setting:
   • Mobile > End of Month > Allow Access To Mark Month End
   • Enables/Disables the End of Month page in MxConnect
   • By default the config setting should not be selected (the default is off)
2. Confirm that there is a new Security Setting:
   • Mobile > End of Month - Mark Month End - Can Access
   • By default the security setting should not be selected (i.e. by default it is off)
   • There is only one security setting for this page, if the page can be accessed data can be entered/updated
   • When this Security Setting is set to true, the Mark Month End page will be available in the menu
3. Confirm that there is a new menu group, End of Month, which is displayed after the Administration section.
4. Confirm that there is a new Mark Month End Page
5. Confirm that the Mark Month End Page has an empty page
6. Confirm a month selector is displayed on the page
7. Confirm the page defaults to the oldest open month (oldest month open in EOM process)
8. Confirm the user has the ability to change the month
