Maintain Order Guide - Sprinkles

This story is to capture some nice to haves around the new Maintain Order Guide, what have become known as sprinkles.

Warning:

1. Reduce the width of the Distributor drop down, so that it remains a constant size between desktop and iPad (iPad size is good)
2. Add a caret into the drop-down so that the user know that there is more there
3. Change the default text in the search box to be "Search Items.."
4. Reduce the width of the Actions button, so that it remains a constant size between desktop and iPad (iPad size is good)
5. Not highlighted on the screenshot:
   • Change the supplier label to be Distributor (not through text translation, in the code please)
   • Left justify the label, rather than having it centered
6. Warning message:
   • When a changed two items from Active to Inactive I saw the attached warning
   • When I went back in to make them Active again, I also saw the message
     • I know that this is just copying the behavior in MMS, but maybe we can improve on the old code?
       • Can it be changed so that this message is only displayed when items are changed from Active to Inactive?
       • Going from Inactive to Active, should not display a message
       • A combination of changes, with any moves from Active to Inactive and the message should display
