[UI] Standardize the Right-Panel designs

We have many different versions of this (Order Main Grids, Order Details Grid, Customer History, and Report Portal to name a few).

We need to decide on common design points:

1) default to hidden, leave whitespace, display empty\disabled fields, instruction label to select an item, default to first item

2) when paging \ filtering, should Right Panel stick to previous selection or reset to above

3) For display: Label above Data or Label to the left of data (remember to think about Portrait mode)

4) Hide sections \ labels with no data
