Hardening 2019.R2 - MxC - CM - Add page buttons

      Description

      Testrail AC expect the History and Credit Management buttons to show on the 'Add Customer' page. Likely the AC has to be updated as it makes sense that the buttons are hidden when creating a new customer.

      Also, the save button seems to be enabled by default.
