      Description

As a store manager of a Usage store I want to be able to correct on hand of items during the ordering process so that as I notice inaccurate data I can correct it

      Notes
The following configs are currently needed to display COH:

      • Store Settings:
        • Configuration Manager > Mobile > Ordering > Show Suggested Details = true
        • Configuration Manager > Mobile > Ordering > Correct On Hand Within Order = true
      • User Security:
        • Mobile > Inventory - Inventory Count - Can Update

These story is to separate the COH config from the Show Suggested Details conifg.

      • Doing this will allow Usage stores (where Show Suggested Details = false) to take advantage of the Correct On Hand functionality

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Confirm that the Correct On Hand Within Order config is not tied to the Show Suggested Details config

Given that a store manager at a Usage store
Has Correct On Hand Within Order = false
When the user creates an order
Then the Correct On Hand button should NOT display
And the user should be able to complete the process of placing the order

Given that a store manager at a Usage store
Has Correct On Hand Within Order = true
And Inventory Count - Can Update = true
When the user creates an order
Then the Correct On Hand button should display
And the user should be able to complete the process of placing the order

Given that a store manager at a Suggested store
Has Correct On Hand Within Order = false
When the user creates an order
Then the Correct On Hand button should NOT display
And the user should be able to complete the process of placing the order

Given that a store manager at a Suggested store
Has Correct On Hand Within Order = true
And Inventory Count - Can Update = true
When the user creates an order
Then the Correct On Hand button should display
And the user should be able to complete the process of placing the order

      1. Confirm that the Correct On Hand functionality is still tied to the Correct On Hand Within Order security permission
      2. Confirm that when an a user enters a new on hand within a Usage Order the On Hand displayed within columns/Item details updates to reflect the new value
      3. Confirm that when an a user enters a new on hand within a Suggested Order the On Hand displayed within columns/Item details updates to reflect the new value
      4. Confirm that canceling an order for a usage store, when a correct on hand has been initiated, results in the count being deleted
      5. Confirm that placing an order for a usage store, when a correct on hand has been initiated, results in the count being applied as a Spot count
      6. Confirm that all regression tests for Suggested Ordering stores leveraging Correct On Hand are updated and continue to pass
