Description

As a third party system I want to know that Suggested Quantity of the suggested order in the file was set to zero based on a store restaurant level setting

Notes

Each order that is a Suggested Ordering store, that has chosen to set all quantities to zero should be flagged (~~CFAMX-3300~~)
Add a new element to the Suggested Order Export that is only included when the flag is true

Acceptance Criteria

Confirm that when an order is generated by a Suggested Ordering Store and the store has opted to set suggested quantities to zero, a new element is contained in the Suggested Order Export (at the top/header level, not per line)
Confirm that when an order is generated by a Suggested Ordering Store and the store has NOT opted to set suggested quantities to zero, the new element is NOT contained in the Suggested Order Export
Confirm that when an order is generated by a Usage Ordering Store and the store has NOT opted to set suggested quantities to zero, the new element is NOT contained in the Suggested Order Export (assuming that the Usage store is configured to export data in the SO Export)
Confirm that the documentation on CFA Confluence is updated to include the new element
