- Concern was raised about the usability and user understanding of these events
- Accordion the day/date selection into an Advanced Options section that is collapsed by
default: - Advanced Options - Selection of past dates
- Prevent the selection of Sundays
- Prevent the selection of days that are more than x days in the past
- This will require a new configuration to control the number of days
- Advanced Options - Labels
- Add label to section for selecting a past date
- Add label to section displaying past dates that are included in the event
Acceptance Criteria
- Confirm that the date selection section of the Create Auto Event page is contained within an accordion
- See Finalize day page for example of the accordion
- Confirm that the label in the accordion is:
- Advanced Options
- Confirm that the Advanced Options accordion is collapsed on page load
- Confirm that the date selection section of the Edit Auto Event page is contained within an accordion
- Confirm that there is a label for the date selection field:
- Select Past Day to be used by the event
- Confirm that when selecting Past Dates, Sundays are not available for selection
- Confirm that there is a new configuration setting:
- Configuration Manager > Mobile > Events > Days available for past dates in auto events
- text: the number of days back that are available for selection when choosing a past date to include in an auto event
- Default value = 120
- Confirm that when selecting Past Dates, the configuration for the number of days is respected
- The user should only be able to select days that are between today , and today - config setting
- Note: Only Sundays should not be available for selection within this range
- Confirm that there is a label for the Past Occurrence grid
- Review Past Dates that are included in the event
