Canada - Update Training Environment to support Canada Rollout

This feature is to track work required to support the CA rollout

• Show the "rounding" fields on all screens where they will appear in Canada for 275-350 accounts
  • Add Rounding to Cash Management and Banking Reconciliation Management types
  • Insert data as necessary so that the Rounding fields display on:
    • Cashier Settlement page
    • Finalize Day

Notes per 1/4/19 call:

CFA 2019R1 release needs to be deployed

• Rounding up for 1 cashier for 1 day January 14th, 2015
• Rounding down for 1 cashier for 1 day January 14th, 2015
• Setup at least 10 items with Metric UOMs for 75 Canadian stores
  • Show how the Order and Waste screens appear as metric.

Notes:

• Ordering will display metric UOM as metric UOMs will be setup for Vendor Items
• Waste will still display metric UOMs as raw items are Inventory Items
• Update previously created Auto-received order or create a new order to include 5 items served in Canada
