SO Export - Add Cover Until Date Time & Order Status

As a third party system I want the Suggested Order Export to include the Cover Until and Status information so that I can perform analysis on the data

• Order Status:
  • Currently orders are sent when the following actions are performed on an Order:
    • Placed
    • Received
    • CorrectReceive (Is it possible to identify this as a different status?)
    • Change Apply Date (Is it possible to identify this as a different status?)
    • *New Canceled (CFAMX-3388)

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that the Suggested Order Export includes a new element that represents the CoverUntil datetime selected when the order is created
   • The element should be included whenever the export is generate (not just on Create)
2. Confirm that the Suggested Order Export includes a new element that represents the Order Status when the order is Created
3. Confirm that the Suggested Order Export includes a new element that represents the Order Status when the order is Received
4. Confirm that the Suggested Order Export includes a new element that represents the Order Status when the order is changed thru the Correct Receive process
5. Confirm that the Suggested Order Export includes a new element that represents the Order Status when the order is changed thru the Change Apply Date process
6. Confirm that the Suggested Order Export includes a new element that represents the Order Status when the order is Canceled
