      Add a banner across the top of the Create and Edit pages to inform users that the event will only impact future orders

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Confirm that the content of the banner is:
        • Any events added will only impact future orders.
      2. Confirm when creating an Auto Event the banner is displayed
      3. Confirm when editing an Auto Event the banner is displayed
      4. Confirm when creating a Manual Event the banner is displayed
      5. Confirm when editing an Manual Event the banner is displayed
