Story
As a supply chain user who enters inventory counts, I would like the apply count screen to display a label above the date field.
Details
Add a label above the Date field on the apply count screen. This will be the same label used for the receiving screen. The verbiage should be localizable. Chick-fil-A would like the verbiage to say "Count Date".
The screen shot attached shows where the label should be.
