Caner - Vendor Setup - Add support to select a zone

As an administrator I want the ability to create a link between a vendor and a zone (of a specific zone type) so that I can indicate that the vendor is a National Distributor

Notes

• Use zone type: Location - DistributorName

  • These zones are maintained by the location import, at this time, that does not matter, you can manually add zones via the UI if needed
• The link between zone and vendor will be established in the Vendor Setup Page

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that a user with access to Vendor Setup has access to the new field (in other words there are no special permissions required to maintain this field)
2. Confirm that the values in the drop down reflect all zones that are configured to be Zone Type: Location - DistributorName
   • 
3. Confirm that it is possible to select a default value, such as Not Set when maintaining a vendor
4. Confirm that each zone can only be associated to one vendor
   • ?Unique, Nullable, column?
   • 
   • If a zone is already associated to the vendor, provide feedback to the user in the easiest way possible (from a dev perspective)
     • This page is maintained by the HS team, and is not often accessed
5. Confirm that the field is labeled Vendor Zone
6. Confirm the default value of the Vendor Zone drop down is Not Set
7. Confirm a Vendor Zone can be assigned when creating a new vendor
8. Confirm a Vendor Zone can be assigned when editing a vendor
9. Confirm a Vendor Zone can be removed when editing a vendor (Not Set)
