Create Order - Unable to Confirm order for specific vendors

      Description

      Reproduction Steps

      • Navigate to Create / Receive Order
      • Create
      • Select supplier MBM
      • Enter date and time
      • Click Confirm
      • Results: Error
      • Change to different distributor = QCD
      • Enter date and time
      • Click Confirm
      • Results: no error
      • Note: Cannot recreate in JAT, only on Testing

      Expected Results

      • User should be able to confirm to begin to create an order

      Actual Results

      • Operation failed
      Error

      The error is:
      "Batch update returned unexpected row count from update; actual row count: 3; expected: 2
