CLONE 2019R2 - Item Maintenance - Change Identification of Non-Suggested Items

As a store manager I want the my choice of Non Suggested Items to be reflected when viewing Build To data rather than using the HO rules, so that I can update the Build To of those items that I do NOT want to be suggested

Notes

• Currently Non-Suggested Items are based on the HO Store setting tbEntityItem > IsSuggestedItemByHeadOffice, rather than the Store set flag, tbEntityItem > IsSuggestedItem
• This means that only those items that are marked as Not Suggested by HO are available to maintain the Build To, when the Config "Display Build To Column on Item Maintenance and Ordering" = "Display Build To only for items that are not suggested"
• It makes more sense to base the ability to maintain the Build To on the stores configuration, when they have chosen to override the HO config

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that when "Display Build To Column on Item Maintenance and Ordering" = "Display Build To only for items that are not suggested" and an Item is set to tbEntityItem > IsSuggestedItemByHeadOffice = False and, tbEntityItem > IsSuggestedItem = False, the Build To field is displayed on Item Maintenance, and can be updated
2. Confirm that when "Display Build To Column on Item Maintenance and Ordering" = "Display Build To only for items that are not suggested" and an Item is set to tbEntityItem > IsSuggestedItemByHeadOffice = True and, tbEntityItem > IsSuggestedItem = False, the Build To field is displayed on Item Maintenance, and can be updated
3. Confirm that when "Display Build To Column on Item Maintenance and Ordering" = "Display Build To only for items that are not suggested" and an Item is set to tbEntityItem > IsSuggestedItemByHeadOffice = True and, tbEntityItem > IsSuggestedItem = True, the Build To field is displayed on Item Maintenance, and cannot be updated
4. Confirm that the data in the CSV export accurately reflect that displayed in the UI
   • If the Build To cannot be updated, display a dash "-"
   • If the Build To can be updated, display the value
