CLONE 2019R2 - Report Portal - Generate Report - Download Center - Report not generated

When user clicks generate report then navigates to download center, the file does not exist.
– It looks like the report is not being generated

Reproduction Steps

• Create Suggested Order
• Set qty to 0
• Enter qty for a few items
• Actions>Place Order
• Click Confirm

• Navigate to Receive Order
• Click View button
• Actions>Receive Order

• Navigate to History
• Click View button for order received
• Notate and compare with Generated Report

• Navigate to Utilities>Report Portal
• Select Store
• Select Supplier
• All Items button (default)
• Click Generate Report
• Message: Report generated successfully.

• Navigate to Utilities>Download Center

Expected Results

• report to generate for period selected

Actual Results

• report for all items doesn't exist report for added items doesn't exist

Notes: When I recreated this, I did the following:

• Went to Report Portal and ran the report
• Report was generated and available in DL Center

• I then Received some open orders
• Went to Report Portal and ran the report
• The report was not there/had not been generated

• Other weird things
• The first report that I generated, and had downloaded was still displayed under "Not Downloaded"
• The Download count, for that report seems to increment, each time the D/L Center is opened...
