The task of cloning from one store to another should take items that are acive in the source store and clone to the clone store.
In the example in testing. I created an inventory item Pear Flavoring. It is set to in use.
Navigate to the store 2693 in MxConnect and Maintain order guide. Select the supplier Martin Brower company and notice that the item is on the list.
Navigate back to store 01. Use the functionality to clone order guide and select the source store 2693.
Check on the supplier Martin Brower and search the pear flavoring. This item does not exist.
