Inventory Adjustment - Waste - Recipes are not displaying for Base UOM for CA store since there is no 4th UOM

TestingENV - CA Store 1613 - Inventory Adjustment - Waste feature - Validating 4th UOM for CA store
When the user attempts to Record Waste for a Sales (Finished) Item, the UOM missing from the item to move forward.
The Unit field displays correctly for a US store (Not configured to show Metric Unit), but is missing for CA store (Configured to show metric unit)

Reproduction Steps

• Navigate to Inventory Adjustment
• Record Waste
• Click Add Item to add Finished Items
• enter Chick-fil-a, then Search
• Select a few items along with Chick-fil-a Sandwich
• Click Add Items

Expected Results

• UOM - Metric Unit field for Chick-fil-a or recipe items for Canadian Store

Actual Results

• Notice that the recipe items like Chick-fil-a Sandwich do not have UOM to enter qty value to waste item for Canadian Store.

Notes:

• It looks like we missed this as a test scenario
• Finished Items (Sales BOMs) don't really have UOM's associated to them, they are always Each
• When a store is configured to show Base unit, rather than Metric Unit, the field is available
• Can we put some code in to say only show metric unit, unless item type is Finished, in which case show the Each field under the Metric column?
