CLONE 2019R2 - Inventory Item Report - Dates are weird

When viewing the Downloaded report, in excel, the date format appears to have changed, in addition to the fact that the dates are in the csv in the wrong format.

• Dates should be in mm/dd/yyyy hh:mm:ss AM/PM format
  • in the file they are dd/mm, not mm/dd
• In addition to this, something seems to have happened to the way that Excel is reading the dates, since the update that were made yesterday, or was it because we rolled to 5/1 and excel is confused as to what to display?
  • Excel vs csv (Dates are in the same format in the csv for all days)

  • When looking at the format of the cells in excel, there is a difference, this is not something that I have done, others are seeing it too
