Story
As a user of Mark End of Month in MXC, I should not be allowed to navigate to a future Month. Currently the business period that displays is the next month after the last locked period.
For example: If Sep 2018 was locked after the Mark Month End was completed. The page will default to October 2018. At this point the user will only be able to scroll back not forward when using the Month /Year Scroller.
Acceptance Criteria
Confirm the Month Date Scroller will prevent the user from advancing the Month/Year past the current un-locked Month/Year.
Confirm the Month Date Scroller will allow the user to navigate through previous Month/Years.
