Order Settings - Built To should be Build To

When accessing the Order Settings page, the label for the Build To, is actually Built To, it should be Build To

Please change the label to be:

• Display Build To Column

Also, as discussed.
The Display Build To Column setting should only be displayed if the Configuration Setting for the store = Follow Store Specific Configuration
