Add new Filters to the Suggested Order History Report

As an operator I want two filters to be added to the Suggested Order History Report so that I can further filter the data that I pull in the report

Notes

• Add two new filters:
  • Suggested Items
  • Non Suggested Items
    • Where suggested items are those items that are marked as being suggested by the Store, if HO has marked the item as suggested but the store has marked it as not suggested, the item is not suggested

Acceptance Criteria

1. Confirm that only one filter can be selected at a time
   • All Items
   • Selected Items
   • Suggested Items
   • Non Suggested Items
2. Confirm when the Suggested Items filter is selected, only suggested items are included in the resulting download file
3. Confirm that if there are no orders that have Suggested Items for the parameters selected, a file is generated with a header record only
4. Confirm when the Non Suggested Items filter is selected, only those items that are not marked as suggested items are included in the resulting download file
5. Confirm that if there are no orders that have Non Suggested Items for the parameters selected, a file is generated with a header record only
6. Confirm that the All Items filter continues to function as it does toady
7. Confirm that the Selected Items filter continues to function as it does today
