MXC - EOM Setup page - Add template modal not localized

      Description

      After logging in with user that has Psuedo Local - the Add Template Modal is not localized.

      Steps: Login to MXC with a user who's employee detail localization is set to Pseudo Locale
      Click Settings
      Select End of Month Setup
      Click the Template drop down
      Click Add New Template
      Modal opens that is not localized
