Exports - TBC Validation when received after the day is finalized

As a store manager I want validation to be added to the process that queues exports so that InFORM doesn't try to send the CDS and PMix when incomplete TBC transactions are received after the day is finalized

Notes:

• When an incomplete TBC is received after the day is finalized, the CDS and PMix should not be queued
  • Charles Wheeler please identify what is an incomplete TBC
  • Required information on TBC or Outside Sale is only the Account Name - All other info comes in automatically from the POS.
    Scenario #1 - TBC comes in after FD that is complete - queue export
    Scenario #2 - TBC comes in after FD that is *Not complete* - don't queue export
    Scenario #3 - Refund for TBC after FD - Not possible currently from POS in the normal scenario. But, if I shut down Live Link, perform the steps necessary in finalizing the day, restart LL, refund comes in for past day.
    Scenario #4 - Refund after collection applied - Do nothing - Finalize Day will prompt to fix (but I think this logic is broken and CFA does not care that it was fixed)
    Scenario #5 - Refund after collection that results in Credit - Finalize Day currently ignores this and processes it since we can't remove the Credit
    Scenario #6 - Refund after collection applied that results in Paid Out - Finalize Day prompts to correct the error, user must delete Paid Out. At this point if Day is finalized what would we do. Allow Paid Out to be Deleted, then take the user to the Collected Sale Page and allow them to update a new customer? In this case, the Customer Balances from the past may need to be updated and re-sent. This scenario opens an entirely different can of worms. If we allow past days to be corrected.
