2019.R3(S5):CS/TBC Page does not display the current Workflow Date

When viewing the new Customer Sales page on Store 01919, the date says May 30th, but the workflow date (as confirmed by opening one of the change fund pages), should be May 15th. 

There is an AC/Note that says it should be on the correct Workflow date:

• Follow other Cash Management pages for the available dates/dates selected
