Paid In/Out edit message for previous days displays in error

Scenario - 00442 JAT May 29
Click the Paid In Out menu option
Error displays although the current business day = edit error date

This seems to be a one off defect since we should not even be checking in the past business period. But now that I think about it more, rather than check by current month /business period alone, if the date is the current month - like this case - and the user just has finalized the days to catch up - say a week or so. Would it be feasible to check that last week as well?
