Caner - Manage Vendor Item Assignment - Pull Back Data

    Details

    • Sprint:
      CFAMX 2018R4 Sprint 5, CFAMX 2018R4 Hardening, CFAMX 2019R1 Sprint 1, CFAMX 2019R1 Sprint 2
    • SOW (Time Tracking) Project:
      44805

      Description

As an admin I want all Vendor Items to be returned on the Manage Vendor Item Assignment page so that I can see details about all of my items

      Notes

      • To find Vendor Items in MMS:
        • Management > Product Admin > Wizards > Manage Inventory Items
        • Search for an item, such as "Chicken, Filets : 1"
        • Click on 3. Set Suppliers
        • Within the Set Suppliers tab, you will see a list of Vendor Items, for the selected Inventory Item
      • The dashboard should only return Vendor Items for those Vendors that are designated as National Vendors (CFAMX-357)
        • A National Vendor is a Vendor that has a Vendor Zone that is not Null
      • Need to determine whether to filter data on the initial page load or just pull everything back for this story
        • Caner Saritac Please let me know your thoughts on whether you want to pull back everything initially, or just a subset, such as Unassigned Items
      • Mockup:
        • Note: we should follow usual MxC standards for the grid, not necessarily replicate the mock up

      Acceptance Criteria

      1. Confirm that the data returned is only for those vendors designated as a national vendor
      2. Confirm that the grid contains the following columns:
        • Name
        • Vendor
        • Vendor Item Code
        • Case Size
        • Introduction Date
        • Discontinue Date
        • Active
          • A Vendor Item is Active when
            • Introduction Date is in the past AND the Discontinue Date is not set, or in the Future
            • If an item has not been introduced, or it has been discontinued, it is Inactive
            • The Active flag is not selectable, it is an indicator
            • (See the Suggested Item flag in Administration > Item Maintenance for an example of this)
        • View Rules button - This button doesn't do anything at this time, but will in a future story
      3. Confirm that pagination is implemented when there are more than 20 items displayed
      4. Confirm that the data in the grid can be sorted by clicking on the header of the Name column
      5. Confirm that the data in the grid can be sorted by clicking on the header of the Vendor column
      6. Confirm that the data in the grid can be sorted by clicking on the header of the Vendor Item Code column
      7. Confirm that the Search box is displayed
      8. Confirm that when entering data in the Search field the user must enter at least two characters before the search happens
        • (See the Administration > Item Maintenance page for an example of this)
      9. Confirm that when searching, the search goes across the following fields:
        • Name
        • Vendor
        • Vendor Item Code
      10. Confirm that when searching, the search goes across all items (in the filtered results), not just those on the first page
        • (See the Administration > Item Maintenance page for an example of this)
