-ve On Hand - Place Order - Confirm Button Disabled

When placing an order, with a suggested item that has a negative on-hand, the Confirm button on the Place Order modal is disabled.
Having a negative on hand shouldn't prevent the user form creating the order, just warn them that there is a problem.

MBM - Chicken Filet should be negative
Order a Qty of 1
Actions > Place Order
> Button disabled

Note, be careful with this button, we have had issues with it in the past, with other configs....

• Initially I thought that it may be due to the config, Receive Order - Prompt to enter date and time , as this caused a problem once before, but after checking, it doesn't appear to be switched on
