Hardening 2019.R2 ROLLBACK - Bulk Prep Maint - Strange control behaviour on cancel

      Description

      Grid loses the 0% placeholders when search text is present and the edit is cancelled.

      • Pick 'Bulk Prep' in the right hand drop-down list
      • Search for a specific item using the Search
      • Enter a value in any of the 3 edit boxes for the item
      • Click Cancel
      • Accept that you will lose the changes in the popup that appears
      • Delete the Search text
      • All other items place holders are blank and no longer 0% as expected
