TBC/OUTSide Sale - change name - record no longer displays in UI

      Description

      Scenario - Add a TBC from the POS
      Change the Account Name from TBC page by clicking the Account Name field then adding + icon then by adding a new account name (Preston Josh in this case) - MMS_Stores_CFAOnAccountSales2.aspx?Type=TBCOUTSIDE
      Click Apply Updates

      Defect: Error message displays

      Downstream - navigate away from page and receive navigating away popup, click OK, navigate back to page. Record no longer displays on the page
