Manage Events - Auto Events - Resolve API call to forecasting on date picker issue

      Description

      There is an issue with the date picker in the newly added accordion as it seems to call the forecasting API a number of times in order to determine if there the forecasting data available for the selected date. This functionality could cause performance issues and it would be better to replace this with a singe API call that would retrieve a list if days with no forecasting data present. This list of days should range from 'Yesterday minus the newly added configuration setting added in CFAMX-335).
