Updating Vendor Template displays Error: Selected Vendor Zone is Already assigned

      Environment: JAT/SBX 

      User: system admin

      Page: Vendors  https://inform.cfahome.com/MMS_HO_Distributors.aspx

      Steps

      1. Navigate to the Distributors page on JAT or SBX
      2. Toggle the value of the Vendor Template - to Not Set or Default
      3. Click Update

      Results: see attached .jpg with Error
