MXC Customer Management - Must Inactivate twice before account is truly inactivated

      Description

      Scenario - Login to Mobile and open the Customer Management page.
      Add a customer
      Save
      Edit that same customer and set to Inactive
      Page refreshes back to Active view

      Defect - Customer remains Active

      Now if I go back and repeat the above, customer is actually marked Inactive
