- Shared Table Feature Request
- Shared Table (Food Donation) as a separate option underneath Adjustments
- Enter finished waste by weight on Donation adjustments screen- Example, we’ll need to be able to enter a weighted amount of finished filets in the donation screen. From there, an adjustment entry should be made on the adjustments page, then decrementing the proper amount of coater, oil, chicken, etc. in the filet recipe from the on-hand. The reason code for this waste entry should be ‘Food Donation’
- Food Donation Page with specified list of items that can be wasted/donated
- Unsure as to how we’d want to set this page. Should this be in the inventory items file? We could repurpose the wastable field, but this would make our Menu Cost team responsible for maintaining the flag. Is there an option to make this a Sys Admin control in InFORM to be maintained via collaboration with the InFORM team and the Sustainability team.
- Report with items wasted
- Downloadable pdf on the Food Donation Screen that details all food donation. This could also be an added feature on INF-11893, where we filter on the ‘Food Donation’ Reason code
- Export csv of wasted items including name, date, amount wasted for each entry to Food Donation Connection
- Food Donation Connection, or FDC, will need a CSV export to apply the Fair Market Value and provide the operator with their tax information.

- Need a way to mark an item as a Food Donation, can the Waste flag be leveraged in the Wizard (Base Information)
- - All items are available for Waste regardless of the value of this flag
- Food Donation Items can be Finished Items & Raw Items
- Food donations may not be recorded in typical units, for example:
- - Finished Chicken Filets are donated by the pound
- Is there a need to create a new UOM for these items, so that they can be converted back to inventory units?
- Items displayed will be determined by config, store level user will have no control over what they see
- Update the Adjustment History Page to display and filter Food Donations
- Support Food Donations in the download/report (INF-11893)
- Medium to build UI and integrate with Waste Adjuster
- Also may need a workflow task that prompts the user to enter Food Donations, as an Optional task
