The Comments payload is part of the Survey POST Endpoint

locationNum - Restaurant Number
businessPeriod - period date in the YYYY-MM-DD format
question - EOM comments section
userGuid - from the Identity Import, should be Employee Number from tbuser
value - text value entered in comments field
